Gerry O'Connor
The man with the plan! Gerry organised the first overseas initiative to the Philippines in 2003 and has overseen the growth and development of this idea into what officially became “SERVE” in 2005, and beyond, to where it has reached today. Gerry is based in the Dublin parish of Cherry Orchard and is dedicated to overseas development work and justice issues on a global scale. Gerry is a keen Passport Stamp collector! KNOW MORE

Chris O'Donoghue
Fresh and energetic are the two words that this man lives by. Chris was involved in the first SERVE project to the Philippines in 2003 and has since led volunteer groups to the Philippines and Mozambique over the last few years. Chris also spent two years with his wife Catherine living and working in Zimbabwe. Chris now coordinates the SERVE operations in the Belfast office. Chris is a keen dancer, chancer, and currency market enthusiast. KNOW MORE

David Nolan
David is SERVE’s volunteer coordinator. He is also called upon when things get technical. He has even attempted (with difficulty) to email full cups of tea from the Cork SERVE office to the Dublin office! If you stand still for long enough he'll make sure that you're decentralised! David has a keen interest in driving people to airports! KNOW MORE

John McCarthy
John, (not a man for titles) is SERVE's Projects Officer in the Dublin office and brings another much needed Cork face to the team (along with Chris and David!). John graduated from UCC with an MA in International Relations in 2005 and has been internationally relating ever since! John works in the Dublin office and is programmed to take a tea break every 40 minutes! John used to have hobbies but has recently purchased an iPhone, so that was the end of that! KNOW MORE

Joanna Dukkipati
Joanna joins the SERVE team in the Belfast office, all the way from India. She joins SERVE as Communications Officer, and hasn’t stopped talking since! Joanna hopes to one day be a SERVE executive! She met with SERVE in Mozambique where she was working with a SERVE partner ‘Young Africa’ and just had to be part of it. Jo likes to spend her spare time (and most of her work time) on Twitter and Facebook! KNOW MORE

Mags Lynch
Mags is a Good Shepherd Sister from Limerick who joined the SERVE team in 2004. Mags is a pioneer of Fair Trade and 'Sharing Fair' and has vast experience of working with marginalised, particularly women and children. Mags takes a particular responsibility for the SERVE project to Thailand, but has been known to wander into Cambodia, India, South Africa, Ethiopia....!! KNOW MORE
